After the pattern is rolled very clearly, drive away the knife and walk the flower. Knurling is the same on an automatic lathe. After the knurled knife contacts the surface of aluminum alloy knurled, directly cut into the specified pattern bottom diameter, and then stay about 10° ~ 15° immediately back the knife. If it is to walk the flower, immediately after cutting into the bottom diameter of the pattern, let the knurled knife walk horizontally, and immediately return the knife after walking to the specified distance.
Finally, in the process of processing, attention should be paid to the timely removal of chips, aluminum alloy processing will produce more residual chips, if not cleaned in time, will affect the finish of the grain, should also avoid brush contact with the workpiece roller bite, prevent brush being involved.
