Technology Application:
Methanol and deionized water are mixed evenly. After vaporization and overheating, under certain conditions of temperature, pressure and catalyst, mixed raw material for reforming reaction to produce reforming gas containing H2, CO and CO2. After pressure swing adsorption(PSA) separation and purification, high purity hydrogen product is prepared.
The core technology team of Techairs is core technology and management team led by Dr. Zhong, which consists of many doctors studying abroad of famous universities from the United States, Japan and so on, and professors, senior researchers, senior engineers, field engineering specialists from the Eighth Engineering Design Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, Southwest Research Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Sichuan University, Kumamoto University, Lutianhua, Sichuan Chemical Industry, CNCEC and other famous engineering companies, research institutions, state-owned enterprises at home and abroad.
Ms. Zhong Yaling, chairman and founder of the company:
Master of Chemical Engineering of East China University of Science and Technology and Ph.D. studying at a famous university in Japan. She joined Southwest Research Institute of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry and Sichuan University to be specialized in the R & D and teaching work in the fields of PSA, biological fermentation, catalyst and molecular sieve, etc., having accumulated a lot of professional knowledge and practical experience and led a “rigorous, fine and hard-working” professional team that grows along with our customers: in 1997, as the main researcher and inventor, she successfully researched and developed the second generation and third generation of methanol cracking hydrogen production process and fourth generation of methanol cracking hydrogen production, as well as natural gas hydrogen production, coal-to-hydrogen and other technologies; she developed the most advanced technology using molecular sieve ethanol dehydration to produce anhydrous and fuel ethanol, which was also advanced in the world. As the main researcher and inventor, she carried out the development of coalbed methane, coke oven gas, straw gas, methanation catalyst and the process in 2010; presided over the development of syngas carbon nanotubes (CNTs) catalysts and of the process of catalytic synthesis of low-alcohol alcohol ethers. She has become chairman of one of the first batch of hi-tech companies that has settled in the Ph.D. Park of Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone in Sichuan Province, leader in the special team of hydrogen energy of the State High-Tech Development Plan (“863” Program), member in the Hydrogen Energy Standardization Committee of the National Standardization Technical Committee, director and professor of the Institute of Chemical Engineering of Engineering Design and Research Institute of Sichuan University. She has been an expert in the Recruitment Program of Global Experts and an expert in the “Pioneer Hundred Talents Program” of Sichuan Province; as a representative of excellent returned students that start businesses in Sichuan Province, she was selected in the delegation of overseas experts to attend the ceremony for China's 60th Anniversary and was received by General Secretary Hu Jintao, Premier Wen Jiabao, Vice Premier Li Lanqing and Minister Li Yuanchao successively;
