Manufacturing base

The company will invest and plan the production base covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the plant covering an area of 30,000 square meters, nearly 5,000 square meters of valve manufacturing workshop, more than 10,000 square meters of non-standard container workshop and 15,000 square meters of the skid-mounted workshop. Complete equipment, refined processed machinery, δ90mm veneer reeling machine, δ14 plate shears, 12m edge planer, automatic welding machine, mirror polishing machine, φ4000 vertical lathe, 15 ordinary lathes, 10 CNC lathes, 8m double-housing planer, 3800-ton oil hydraulic press, 4500-ton oil hydraulic press, 10-ton, 20-ton, 50-ton and 100-ton lifting machine and other large-scale equipment, complete testing equipment with non-destructive testing (high power γ-source testing machine) and physical and chemical analysis, 6 m × 7 m × 20 m heat treatment furnace and a well-equipped welding laboratory, and 5 sets of valve testing equipment. Qualified to design and manufacture ASME U, U2, and GB A1, A2 pressure vessels, to install pressure pipes and to manufacture pressure pipe components. Qualified to design and manufacture Class I, Class II and Class III pressure vessels and Grade B valves, and have obtained the quality certificate of GB/T19001:2015-ISO9001:2015. And have established a comprehensive quality assurance system.

Molecular sieve production base

Special adsorbent uses the Sino-US joint venture technology characterized by good separation performance, high mechanical strength, long service life, etc.

• The Sino-US joint venture of Jiangsu Alsio Technology Co., Ltd. invested by Techairs is located in Lianyungang of Jiangsu Province, which is Asia’s largest molecular sieve powder and finished product production base specialized in the production, R & D, sales and technical services of 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X special and dedicated molecular sieve and its powder.

• It currently has been the production base covering the largest area in the molecular sieve industry of Asia, it now has a production line with the annual output of 10,000 tons of powder and a molding production line of 10,000 tons, and after expansion, the base will have the scale of an annual output of 40,000 tons.

• To ensure product quality, the company has introduced the testing equipment with internationally advanced testing level, such as B. E. T absorption tester, PH tester, etc., and up to 35 items of testing until the final molding of the product.

• In addition to meeting the needs of the company’s domestic projects, products are exported to Asia, Africa, Europe and United States, and the company will provide customers with high quality pre-sale, sale and after-sales service.

Special sequencing valve manufacturing base

•  The special sequencing valve manufacturing base under the control of Techairs is located in the outskirts of Chengdu of Sichuan. The high-performance sequencing valve designed for the hydrogen production machine is the patented product designed by our company with independent research and development, and the valve has the advantages, such as a reasonable structure, tightly sealed, reliable, short action time, flexible switch, long service life, etc. Equipped with two-way pressure resistance performance and high-speed airflow erosion resistance performance; pneumatic, electric and hydraulic switches equipped with valve status on-site indication and switch signal feedback. Nominal diameter of the valve: DN15 to DN400, nominal pressure: PN1.6 – 10.0. In recent years, it has been widely used in large-scale oil, chemical, steel, metallurgy, electricity and other enterprises.

• Self-produced sequencing valve:

The sequencing valve is an important part for the PSA device to complete the process. It’s also the key equipment for the normal and reliable operation of the device. The high-performance sequencing stop valve and PSA technology that are developed, designed and produced by our company were born and growing at the same time. Have a number of technical patents, for hydrogen production, “Double-action sequencing regulating stop valve” patent number: ZL 2012 3045628.6, “Single-action sequencing regulating stop valve” patent number: ZL 2012 3045691. X. Equipped with foreign advanced anti-erosion, differential pressure and sealed automatic compensation functions.
