Micro Rotary Torque Sensor FYAH is intended for rotating torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Dynamic torque sensor FYAH offers 0-1N*m / 0-2NM / 0-3NM / 0-5NM four rated measuring ranges to choose from, dynamic torque transducer FYAH should be mounted between motor and load through couplings, the housing remains still during measurement while the shaft rotates along with motor shaft. Custom made service is available for other measuring ranges with similar structure. Compact structure makes transducer FYAH especially suitable for torque measurement applications with limited mounting space.

Brief instruction of Rated output(or Sensitivity):
Definition: The signal produced by torque sensor(or torque
transducer) when rated load is applied, expressed in terms of mV/V.
The rated output indicates the output signal range of a sensor.
Sensor output = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the torque cell output signal is normally within
0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: Shaft torque sensor FYAH-1Nm with 1.0mV/V rated output
powered by 5V DC, the output range is -5mV...+5mV(CW & CCW
torsion measurement).
Example two: Miniature Torque Transducer FYAH-2Nm with 1.0mV/V rated output powered by 10V DC, the output range is -10mV...+10mV(CW & CCW torsion measurement).
Torque Transducer + Signal amplifier:
A signal conditioner can be used to convert mV signal into
0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.Taking miniature torque sensor FYAH-5NM and amplifier FSC(-5-5V)-24V for example,the
torque-voltage relationship will be 0-5NM in CW direction VS 0-5V
output, 0-5N*m in CCW direction VS 0-(-5V) output, 1V output
corresponds to 1N*m torque in clockwise direction, -2V output
corresponds to 2Nm torque in anticlockwise direction, and so on.
