The Surface Treatment Of Fiber Optic Patch Panel

 

Plastic spraying, also named spraying plastics or electrostatic spray, is a kind of surface treatment method of spraying plastic powder on parts. Plastic spraying is also often referred to the electrostatic powder spray coating, it is a metal surface treatment technology widely used in the world since 1980s. Compared with the ordinary surface treatment, the advantages of this technology are energy saving, high efficiency, safety and reliability. Therefore, it is often used in the field of light industry and home decoration. The working principle is that the plastic powder by high voltage electrostatic charging equipment, under the action of electric field, the coating is sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece, powder can be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece and formed to be a powdery coating; after high temperature baking and leveling curing, plastic particles will melt into the final coating protection, firmly attached to the surface of the workpiece.
