Description:
The production line has a high degree of automation, from sand crushing, screening and drying to automatic metering of raw materials, mixing, bagging, bulk, full computer control, man-machine interface, and intuitive operation. Precautions:
1. Dry mortar equipment should be placed in an environment with no
dry and no corrosive medium to ensure the normal service life of
dry mortar equipment. Dry mortar equipment is generally made of
carbon steel and sprayed with a layer of anti-rust paint. If it is
corroded for a long time. The environment is still easy to rust.
2. After the dry mortar equipment is used, be sure to clean and dry
the inside of the cylinder and the stirring blade with water. For a
long time, the user can prevent the rust oil on the same surface
and on the surface of the blade. If the material on the mixer blade
is not cleaned, it will be difficult to clean after a long period
of inactivity, and the mixing efficiency will affect the mixing
efficiency and uniformity.
3. Always pay attention to whether the fasteners are loose after use and tighten them in time. Large dry mortar equipment will use the working platform, and the solid parts should be inspected regularly.
4. It is strictly forbidden to pinch iron nails, iron wire and other hard objects in cement and sand during feeding to avoid damage to the machine. The materials are screened before feeding to ensure that there are no other impurities.
5. After using the dry mortar mixer for a period of time, check the level of the lubricating oil and replenish it in time to see the mechanical oil on the oil level. Lubricating oil is an important part of mechanical equipment. If the lubricating oil is not replenished in time, it may cause wear on the transmission part, so check the lubricating oil regularly.
