Introduction

Use and management process of wire drawing die

1. Purpose

In order to reasonably control the use and management of wire drawing die, carry out the statistics of die consumption and inventory, effectively control the die production cost and ensure the normal operation of production.

2. Scope

It is suitable for wire drawing dies used in production.

3. Requirements

3.1 The warehouse management personnel shall timely report the purchase plan or maintenance plan of the mold according to the production task and demand of the production workshop and the inventory.

3.2 The warehoused molds shall be classified and stored according to the service conditions, new entry, maintenance, repair to be done, scrapping, etc., and shall be registered to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent, and the relevant data of the molds shall be kept.

3.3 Receiving of wire drawing die

According to the requirements of production process and use, the warehouse management personnel shall issue and fill in the "account for the use of wire drawing die", and the operator shall sign. The old ones shall be replaced with new ones in the subsequent re collection. After a batch is completed, the operator shall return them to the intermediate warehouse for confirmation; The management personnel of the intermediate warehouse shall be responsible for accumulating the final drawing amount of each die, and the reasons for the dies that fail to meet the drawing amount requirements shall be recorded clearly.

4. Die scrapping system

The mold scrapping system is to ensure that the mold must be the necessary mold that cannot normally produce qualified products and has not been repaired or changed, so as to protect the company's assets as much as possible. The scrapped molds must be returned to the warehouse, and all scrapped molds must be written with the reasons for scrapping.

5. Statement

At the end of each month, the warehouse personnel shall summarize the inventory, maintenance and scrap quantity of the mold in the current month and report it to the factory director.
