Product Introduction:

electricity, steel, metallurgy, etc. Due to its special process and
structure, the coal vertical mill has low dust and noise during the

grading and excellent combustion performance. The HVM series coal
vertical mill produced by Hefei Hengcheng has a simple process,
compact equipment, and a coal powder fineness of up to 80% μ MR 3%,
with stable fineness and uniform particle size.
Advantages of vertical grinding for producing fly ash
1. The output of the vertical mill is very large, and depending on
the model, it can be easily increased to 10-150 tons per hour,
which can fully meet the needs of large-scale coal refining
projects.
2. Adaptability to opposite coal mill varieties: using hydraulic
loads and storage devices as buffer zones; The inside of the mill
is dry and can crush coal with high moisture content.
3. The energy consumption of vertical grinding machine is very low:
This grinding machine uses grinding rollers directly grinding on

4. The vertical grinder has good drying performance: the hot air
inside comes into direct contact with the material, resulting in

Working principle:
The LM vertical grinding machine is mainly composed of a separator,
grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressurization
device, reducer, electric motor, housing, and other parts.
During operation, the electric motor drives the grinding disc to
rotate through the reducer, while hot air enters the vertical mill
through the air inlet. The material falls better on the grinding
disc from the discharge port. Due to centrifugal force, the
material moves better from the grinding disc towards the edge of
the grinding disc. When passing through the annular groove on the
grinding disc, it is crushed by the grinding roller, and the
crushed material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding
disc until it is carried away by the airflow at the wind ring, And
the large particles of material fall onto the grinding disc and
continue to be crushed. When the material in the airflow passes
through the upper separator, under the action of the guide vanes,
the coarse material falls from the cone bucket onto the grinding
disc, and the fine powder is discharged from the mill along with
the airflow and collected by the system's dust collector. The
collected powder is the product produced by the vertical mill. The
material is dried during contact with the gas in the shell to
achieve the required dryness and humidity of the product. By
adjusting the angle of the guide vanes of the separator (not
adjustable for small vertical mills) and the speed of the separator
rotor, the required thickness of the product can be achieved.

Art Introduction
The raw coal is sieved through a grid screen in the raw coal yard
and falls onto a belt conveyor. After being removed by an
electromagnetic iron remover, the belt conveyor sends the raw coal
to the raw coal bin for storage. After the pulverization system has
been started, open the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal bin,
start the sealing metering tape to feed the coal vertical mill, and
the raw coal enters the coal vertical mill for drying and grinding.
The hot air or cement production line exhaust gas from the hot air
stove is drawn by the system fan and enters the coal vertical mill.
After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being ground in
the mill, the coal powder is picked up and sorted at the powder
selection machine. Coarse coal powder with poor fineness is re
ground on the grinding disc for grinding. Qualified coal powder is
collected by the explosion-proof gas box pulse dust collector with
the airflow and discharged into the coal powder bin through the
grid wheel. The impurities in the raw coal, such as some coal
gangue, metal blocks, etc., are discharged from the mill through
the air ring and slag discharge port.
Product advantages
1. The grinding roller adopts forced lubrication with thin oil,
which extends the service life of the bearing by more than 2.5
times
Generally, the roller bearings of vertical mills are lubricated
with grease. However, due to the high moisture content of the raw
coal, improper operation can easily cause the temperature of the
roller bearings to be too high, leading to the evaporation and
deterioration of the lubricating grease, which affects the service
life of the bearings. Therefore, the HVM coal vertical mill adopts
forced lubrication and cooling with thin oil on the grinding
rollers, greatly increasing the service life of the bearings
(usually by more than 2.5 times).
2. The fineness of the finished product can reach 80 μ MR3%
The HVM series coal vertical mill adopts a new type of
high-efficiency powder selection machine, which has high
classification efficiency, large adjustment space, and a powder
selection fineness of 0.08 mm and less than 3% sieve residue, which
can meet the fineness requirements of most low-quality coal or
anthracite powder grinding in cement production lines.
3. The power consumption of powder grinding is 20-40% lower than
that of traditional air swept coal mills
Compared with traditional wind swept coal mills of the same scale,
the power consumption of HVM series coal vertical mills in powder
grinding is 20% to 40% lower, especially when the moisture content
of the raw coal is high, the power savings are greater.
4. Can dry raw coal with moisture content up to 10%
This vertical mill adopts an air sweep operation, which can grind
and dry raw coal with moisture content up to 10% by adjusting the
temperature and air volume of the incoming air. High air volume is
used to meet the high moisture drying requirements.
5. The noise level is only 80-85dB (A sound level)
The noise level of the vertical mill is only 80-85 dB (A sound
level), which is 20-25 dB (A sound level) lower than that of the
tube mill. The system operates under negative pressure, without
dust flying, and the operating environment is clean.
6. The infrastructure area is only about 60% of that of traditional
wind swept ball mills
The vertical mill integrates five processes: grinding, drying,
powder selection, conveying, and collection. The process is simple,
the layout is compact, and the floor area is about 60-70% of the
pipe mill system, and the building area is about 50-60% of the pipe
mill system.
