Product Introduction:

As a large-scale grinding equipment, vertical mills are widely used in industries such as building materials, power, metallurgy, chemical industry, and non-metallic minerals. Hefei Hengcheng HVM vertical mill adopts international vertical mill technology, integrating crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying, ensuring production continuity and stability, and improving grinding efficiency. Hefei Hengcheng can customize according to the material characteristics of customers, with flexible configurations to meet their personalized grinding needs.

Applicable materials: Vertical roller mill mainly grinds raw materials, clinker, mineral powder, slag, granulated blast furnace slag, limestone, coal powder, coke powder, coal gangue, fly ash, volcanic ash, gypsum, calcite, pyroxene, clay, sand, bauxite, silica fume, etc.
Application industries: cement chemical, coal, power and other industries.

 

Process Introduction
1. The raw coal is sieved through a grid screen in the raw coal yard and falls onto a belt conveyor. After being removed by an electromagnetic iron remover, the belt conveyor sends the raw coal to the raw coal bin for storage.
2. After the pulverization system has been started, open the rod valve at the bottom of the raw coal bin, start the sealing metering tape to feed the coal vertical mill, and the raw coal enters the coal vertical mill for drying and grinding.
3. The hot air or cement production line exhaust gas from the hot air stove is drawn by the system fan and enters the coal vertical mill. After sufficient heat exchange with the raw coal being ground in the mill, the coal powder is picked up and sorted at the powder selection machine. Coarse coal powder with poor fineness is re ground on the grinding disc for grinding. Qualified coal powder is collected by the explosion-proof gas box pulse dust collector with the airflow and discharged into the coal powder bin through the grid wheel.
4. The impurities in the raw coal, such as some coal gangue, metal blocks, etc., are discharged from the mill through the air ring and slag discharge port.

Structural features:
1. The foot shaped grinding disc and tire shaped roller sleeve used in the coal vertical mill are more suitable for coal powder grinding.
2. The grinding roller bearings do not require special sealing. The grinding roller device adopts a pair of self-aligning roller bearings, and the bearing sealing chamber extends to the outside of the machine casing, without coming into contact with dusty gases. Therefore, a simple seal can prevent dust from entering the grinding roller bearings, without the need for a sealed fan.
3. The transmission part of the mill does not require auxiliary transmission devices.
4. The slag removal part is simple. The coal vertical mill has less slag discharge, and the slag discharge port is equipped with a cover plate, so there is no need to install a slag discharge valve.
