Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer description

1. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully confirms to cGMP requirements.

2. PTFE scraper caters to chamber for better mixing.

3. According to technological requirements, the tank can heat and cool the material. The heating modes can be chose to steam or electric heating according to customer requirements.

4. Material contact parts all use SUS316L.

5. Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional, which is equipped with Siemens touch screen to completely supervise the data of material temperature, slow mixer and homogenizer speed and time etc.

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Advantages:

The machine has triple blender hydraulic lift cover high-speed homogeneity blender (Speed is 1150-3500r/min frequency speed regulation)and low-speed scraper blender(Speed is 10-40r/min frequency speed regulation)Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogeneity part which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of boiler the machine draws powder material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying.

Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer :

· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Water and oil pre-mixing tank

· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump

After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
