Steel Belt Conveyor Of Pu Panel

 

structure:

  • The laminator is of high quality with design based on years of manufacturing experience and feedback from operating units. It is 22.5 meters long (centerline of sprocket to centerline of sprocket) by 1320 mm wide isochronous chain-plate conveyors will basically be similarly constructed .The upper conveyor will be supported on ball screw rod lift and the guide units mounted on the lower conveyor.
  • The frame of the conveyors will be of structural steel construction. The frames will be the frame cross-structures.
  • The upper and lower belts are driven on head shafts mounted on anti-friction bearing and are equipped with take up units to maintain proper tension. The take up units will also compensate for thermal expansion and contraction.
  • Hydraulic cylindric lift will raise and lower the upper conveyor to provide a gap of 40mm to 200mm between slat working surfaces. Vertical guides for the upper conveyor are provided.
  • Horizontal distance between the two sides nylon seal blocks can be adjusted so can meet requirements of different width’s sandwich panel. The width is from 600mm to 1250mm.
  • Two variable speed isochronous AC drive motors run the laminator conveyor. The prime mover and gearbox is directly coupled individually to the upper laminator conveyor and lower conveyor. Speed is variable with a range of 1-12 meters/minute.
  • Side guide system to provide end sealing of the panel is integrated. Adjustment is through three phase motor with digital readout for set with position. One set of profile-specific side guides is included. Yongming co., ltd will provide detail drawing of permanently affixed side guides to allow customer to match up profile-specific side guide block that they will manufacture in-house or source locally for other profile and product thickness requirements
  • Controls for the operation of the laminator will be located in a centrally mounted control panel.
  • Laminator comes equipment with an indirect electric heater system, used to heat the laminator conveyor belt plates.

 

 

Laminator pour table and mix-head positioned

The laminator pour table will be mounted on the floor at the head of the laminator. It will be designed and constructed to have rectangular exhaust areas covered with expanded metal along the outside edges of the pour table. There will be provision on bottom of the pour table for customer supplied duct work to be attached.

The laminator mix-head positional will be mounted to the floor at the head end of the laminator; it will be designed and constructed as an overhead mix-head positional with the mix-heads mounted above the pour table. This mix-head positional is equipped to have the capability of the X. Y. Z axis. The Y axis change the mix-head positional along the length of the pour table. The X axis change the mix-head position along the width of the pour table. The Z axis adjust the height of the mix-head above the pour table. All of the possible positions of this mix-head positional are achieved manually.

 

 

Plastic seal block chain for side guides

A support shaft and holder is provided to allow plastic protective film to be applied to both sides of the panel immediately downstream of the laminator. Driven plastic seal block liner take up stations are located immediately downstream of laminator to remove plastic seal block from panels prior to entering laminator. There are 9 sets side nylon seal blocks to make kinds thickness panel, one set of blocks for supporting roof panel.

 

Heating and heat insulation system

      The heating system adopt electrical heater heat and fan hot air to keep the temperature to 25-60℃ in the surface of chain plate in the             DOUBLE BELT machine. The temperature could adjust according to the production process.

      The laminator frames will be individually enclosed with double steel wall insulated panels 40 mm thickness sandwich panel.
