500 Flat screen is lightweight screen, which is designed for easy screen change. Flat 500 screen has a screening area 4.7 sq.ft.
The PINNACLE series shale shaker screens utilize an advanced supporting plate and single sided tension design, combined with the specifically created wire cloth, maximum non-blanked open area for increased flow handling capacity. effectively and efficiently separate detrimental drilled solids while maximizing drilling fluid through put.
The plastic mesh reinforced peaks provide 50% more non blanked area than the flat screen, maximizes flow processing capacity. And the rubber seal at the screen ends minimizes the fluids bypass, saving drilling cost.
