Our screens are designed to maximize solids removal capabilities while significantly reducing costs associated with drilling fluid and disposal. Utilizing our screens will lower the percentage of drilled solids in the mud system. Less dilution will be required, decreasing both total drilling fluid requirements and disposal costs. The model 300 series shale shaker utilizes 36 x 30 screens which are available in FLAT and PINNACLE type.

Pretensioned wire cloth is tightly bonded on the supporting metal back, increase the screen conductance and ensure a longer screen life. Metal hookstrip makes it easier and quicker to change the screen, save working time.

Shaker Screen Panel Installation

Please ensure that the shale shaker is operated by well trained personnel. Always clean and inspect the deck rubbers when install new screen panels. Make sure all deck rubber stick on the deck firmly and replace any missing fasteners. Never walk or stand on the screen panel. Take care not to drop anything on the screen panel.
