Overview: Nd:YAG Laser Output Couplers are partially reflective mirrors used
in laser cavities to transmit a portion of the resonating
intracavity beam. The first surface of these output couplers is
coated with a partially reflective mirror coating while the back
surface is coated with an anti-reflection coating at the laser
wavelength to prevent reflection losses. In addition to being used
as output couplers, these optics can also be used as partial
reflectors for beam attenuation or as general beamsplitters.
