Overview: Dielectric Broadband Mirrors provide an optimized performance at broad wavelength range and
wide angle of incidence (AOI). These multilayer coating stacks
helps to achieve the highest possible reflectivity at broad
spectrum region at normal to 45 degrees incidence. Therefore, they
are ideal for beam steering or reflection applications utilizing
multiple laser sources. Coatings are provided by Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) or Electron beam
evaporation with/without Ion assistance coating techniques. High
reflectivity greater than 99% dielectric coatings in the range of
0.19 - 20 µm are available. They are significantly better than that
of metal coated mirrors, and increases system performance by
minimizing energy loss.
