Reverse Osmosis System 50TPH RO Water Purification Plant
Usually, when the conductivity of raw water is less than 200μS/cm, the conductivity of primary RO pure water is less than 5μs/cm, which is in line with the laboratory grade 3 water standard. For areas with high raw water conductivity, in order to save the subsequent replacement cost of mixed bed ion exchange resin and improve the quality of pure water, customers can consider choosing the two-stage reverse osmosis purification system. The two-stage RO pure water conductivity is about 1-5 μS/cm, which is related to the raw water quality. The principle of reverse osmosis: The same volume of dilute solution (such as fresh water) and concentrated solution (such as sea water or salt water) are placed on both sides of a container, with semi-permeable membrane barrier in the middle. The solvent in dilute solution will naturally pass through the semi-permeable membrane and flow to the concentrated solution side. The liquid level of the concentrated solution side will be higher than that of the dilute solution, forming a pressure difference and reaching the osmotic equilibrium state. The pressure difference is the osmotic pressure. The osmotic pressure depends on the type of the concentrated liquid. The concentration and temperature are independent of the properties of the semi-permeable film. If a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure is applied on the side of the concentrated solution, the solvent in the concentrated solution will flow to the dilute solution, the direction of flow of the solvent and the original direction of penetration, this process is called reverse osmosis.

Pyrogen removal ultrafiltration membrane
Ultrafiltration for pyrogen removal has been widely used in modern
pharmaceutical industry. The pore size of a membrane is
intermediate between reverse osmosis and microfiltration (about
0.01 to 0.1μm) and is usually expressed by the minimum interception
molecular weight. Pyrogen removal ultrafiltration membrane adopts a
polysulfone membrane with an interception molecular weight of 5000
Dalton, which can completely remove pyrogen in water (its minimum
molecular weight is usually greater than 7000) and all kinds of
microorganisms.
Ultraviolet germicidal lamp
Ultraviolet bactericidal lamp uses ultraviolet radiation of 254nm
wavelength to sterilize, which can effectively destroy the DNA
molecules of microorganisms, causing them to form TT dimer and
unable to reproduce. It is a common sterilization method for air
and water safety and effectiveness. TOC ultraviolet digester uses a
dual wavelength ultraviolet tube that can produce 185nm/254nm at
the same time, among which 185nm ultraviolet can produce ozone in
the air and sterilize and remove flavor, and produce hydrogen and
oxygen free radicals in water, which can quickly oxidize trace
organic matter in pure water into CO2, to achieve the purpose of
removing TOC.
Terminal filter
The terminal filter with a diameter of 0.22um can completely remove
bacteria, fungi and spores, resin fragments and all micron level
contaminants. Terminal filter in the form of hollow fiber, PP
bucket filter, bag filter, needle filter, etc., film material
polypropylene, nylon, polyvinylidene fluoride and so on.

FAQ:
1. What is the material of ro water treatment system membrane?
Acetate membrane (CA) : mainly because of its resistance to
chlorine, so it is still durable. But its suitable pH range is
small, easy hydrolysis
Aromatic polyamide membrane (PA) : water almost can not have
chlorine, only through a variety of pretreatment chlorine.
2. RO water treatment system configuration?
First-stage multi-stage process: if the recovery rate is not
achieved in the first stage (50-65% in the first stage and 65-75%
in the second stage), the multi-stage tandem filtration can be
used. The effective cross-sectional area of each segment decreases.
2:2 and 2:3 and 4:2:1
Multi-stage process: when the first stage process cannot meet the
effluent quality requirements (the first stage is generally
≤20μs/cm), the product water of the first stage process is sent to
another reverse osmosis unit.
The arrangement of membrane components can be divided into series
and parallel.
3. What is the shell film material and specification of ro water
treatment system?
Material of membrane case: stainless steel and fiberglass (FRP)
Specification of membrane shell: four inch membrane shell 4040 (one
core to four core)
8 inch membrane case 8040 (one to seven cores)
Water inlet: end water inlet, side water inlet
