Features and applications

The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment employs a compound process of “hot air-vacuum environment-hot air”, which

enables the windings to be impregnated and dried in a sealed container. The vacuum pressure impregnation system has

advantages of advanced design, scientific process, compact structure, easy operation, safety and reliability, good sealing,

and reduced laboring strength. This series is used for vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of windings of general motors,

electrical equipment, special motors, pump motors, magnetic motors, transformers, and iron cores. This equipment is a newly

energy-saving equipment, which greatly improves product quality, reduces production cost, and strengthens competitiveness.

Features

a) The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment tank cover is opened and closed with the help of a hydraulic mechanism. The signal is feedback through non-contact proximity switch. The tank cover opening angle follows the rule that the top point of the opened cover passes over the inner wall of the impregnating tank.

b) The impregnating tank is equipped with a level transmitter.

c) The impregnating tank is equipped with an over-pressure alarm, and a pressure safety device.

d) The impregnating tank is designed with one anti-explosion peephole light and one observation window.

e) The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment tank is sealed by a silicon rubber ring.

f) When the impregnating tank cover is opened, the tank has safety interlock mechanism.

h) The resin is supplied into the impregnating tank through the tank bottom.

i) The impregnation tank is equipped with a camera so as to check the inside working performance.
