Operation Tips

2.Tooth depth adjustment button: Turn the tooth depth adjustment button clockwise to make the serrated tooth depth slightly shallower before grinding, pay attention not to use grinding wheel and then constant grinding and polishing for a while, which is conducive to improving the grinding quality of the blade, but also can adjust the original slow grinding speed slightly faster grinding and polishing for a while to improve the grinding quality.
3.Grinding wheel thickness: In most grinding scenarios, 1.0 thick grinding wheel can be solved. However, if the teeth are too small or too large, thin or thick grinding wheel should be selected. The thickness of thin grinding wheel should be a few points, and the thickness of thick grinding wheel should be a few points to two points. If the back of the tooth is too straight or the body of the tooth is too thin, the grinding wheel should be replaced by a thin grinding wheel if the back of the tooth is too bent or the body of the tooth is too fat.
