This fully automatic metal pipe processing production line integrates pipe bending, cutting, punching, chamfering and pipe end forming, realizing one-stop automated processing from metal pipe loading to finished product unloading.

 

The production line first uses a pipe bending machine to perform three-dimensional bending of pipes in multi-axis directions, which can realize the processing of curved pipes of different shapes. The pipes then enter the fly cutting machine for cutting, precisely controlling the length of each pipe. The cut pipes are loaded by a 6-axis multi-joint industrial robot to accurately position and transfer the pipes.

 

The loaded pipe will enter the punching machine for punching and chamfering. The punching machine uses a CNC system to link with the manipulator, which can accurately punch the hole position and hole shape according to the programming requirements. At the same time, chamfering is performed to remove burrs left during cutting to ensure that the pipe has no wounds.

 

Finally, the pipe enters the pipe end forming machine and undergoes processes such as end face expansion and shrinking to complete the end processing of the pipe and become the finished pipe. After the finished product is cut, the inspection device will automatically check the key dimensions and appearance of the pipe. Non-conforming items will be automatically removed.
