Dewatering Screen
How it works
The dewatering screen uses a dual-electrode self-synchronization technology, a universal eccentric block, and an adjustable amplitude vibrator. Mainly consists of sieve box, exciter, support system and motor. The two non-associated vibrators are driven synchronously and reversely by the tape coupling. The centrifugal force generated by the two groups of eccentric masses is superimposed along the vibration direction and counterbalanced by the centrifugal force to form a single vibration along the vibration direction. The screen box acts as a reciprocating linear motion.
FEATURES
Integrated feed box
An integrated feed box eliminate the extra cost of a high wear
bolt-on unit.
Bolted construction
Over hundreds of Bolts in the side plates but no welds, the side
plate has no residual welding stress and no material
discontinuities to compromise the fatigue strength of the machine.
This important feature contributes to the exceptionally long
service life.
Economical, smooth running
Good force exciter makes the ideal drivers for linear motion
vibrating screens. Oil lubrication and optimized roller bearing and
gear pairing ensure smooth running,longer exciter working life,
resulting in outstanding economy.
Maintenance-free
Maintenance-free shafts between exciters mean more production and
less downtime.
Thicker deck rails
The machines are designed to carry the weight of ultra heavy duty
deck media with extra high side liners. This means longer service
life, less maintenance and a lower production cost per tonne.

In order to perfectly adapt screening machines to individual
