Technology Application

 

TECHAIRS hydrogen generation plants are using fossil materials and industrial hydrogen rich gas to purify hydrogen. For example, hydrogen production from methanol, natural gas, coal, biogas, syngas and hydrogen rich gas,. These systems are designed and manufactured with economic, user-friendly functions, and minimal maintenance requirements. The hydrogen generation plants sport H2 capacities that range from 50 Nm3/h to 30,000 Nm3/h, H2 purity percentage values that estimate from 99 to 99.999%, meet the high purity hydrogen standard and proton membrane fuel cell hydrogen standard (ISO14687-2:2012, SAEJ2719:2015, GB/T37244 — 2018), and operating pressure levels of 0.8 MPa to 3.0 MPa.

2.1 TechairsTM efficient adsorption tower

 

The adsorption tower is the key equipment of the hydrogen production unit. The equipment is the fourth generation improved product designed for optimization of the hydrogen production unit by Techairs. The internal structure has made a breakthrough in the structure of a traditional hydrogen production adsorption tower and used special structural airflow distribution and dense phase filling technology, having greatly improved efficiency of adsorption and product yield. The equipment is designed with stress analysis, which has solved the problem of fatigue failure of the equipment. It’s equipped with good welding, mechanical, machining performance, etc.

 

2.2 TechairsTM efficient adsorbent AC12-1P, AZ51-2L, AZ91-2T

 

Adsorbent directly affects the efficiency and service life of the device. Possible impurities are CO, CO2, H2O, and because CO will poison the majority of hydrogenation catalysts, in order to strictly control the content of impurities in hydrogen, quality control shall be conducted on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent, bulk density, mechanical strength, separation ratio and so on.

Use TechairsTM efficient adsorbent jointly produced by Techairs, such as AC12-1P, AZ51-2L, AZ91-2T, especially the efficient adsorbent that can absorb CO. Its advantages and features are as follows:
