M6 Rod End Load Cell 200kg 100kg 50kg 20kg 10kg Tension Compression Sensor

Rod End Tension And Compression Sensor FLXM is made from 17-4 stainless steel based on strain gauge technology intended for both traction and compression force measurement. Force sensor FLXM is designed with an M6 threaded rod at the top center of the transducer. The 4 x 3.4mm through holes located at the outer circle of the sensor can be used to fix the loadcell to a flat and solid surface, while the M6 threaded rod located at the top center of the transducer can be used for force loading. Bidirectional force transducer offers 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg five rated measuring ranges, it can be modified or customized upon request.

Output signal of load cell and amplifier:
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of Rod End Force Transducer FLXM is normally around 1.3mV/V.
Power supply of Traction Compression Load Cell FLXM is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of force sensor FLXM is normally within -15.6mV…+15.6mV for tensile and compressive force measurement.
Example: Threaded Rod End Load Cell FLXM-50kg with 1.3mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -13mV...+13mV.

The mV/V output from the wheatstone bridge sometimes can hardly be processed directly, a signal conditioner can be used with the load cell to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: Tension And Compression Sensor FLXM-100kg working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V, the Load-Voltage relationship will be 0-100kg compression force VS 0-10V output, 0-100kg traction force VS 0-(-10V), which is linear regardless of the measurement error, 1V output corresponds to 10kgf compressive load, (-2V) output corresponds to 20kgf tensile load, and so on.
