Characteristics of optical fiber cable joint closure: Since the length of fiber optic cable is limited, so it requires branch and breakout during transmission, so it results cable joint, and the fiber optic splice closure is to protect the cable joint and fiber connection.

Fiber optic splice closure is suitable for various laying methods such as overhead, pipelines, and direct buried. All raw materials (including accessories) are non-toxic and non corrosive, and do not have side effects on human health and other equipment. The main body is made of high quality imported engineering material. It is with high strength and excellent anti-aging performance. All indexes meet the requirements of YD/T and 814.1-2004 standards. Main technical parameters include operating temperature: -40℃ to +65℃; atmospheric pressure: 70kPa ~ 106kPa; sealing performance: inner pressure 100 + 5kPa, water immersion 15 minutes , no bubble; repeat sealing performance:inner pressure: 100 + 5kPa, water immersion 15mins, no bubble, repeated three times; tensile strength≥800N; maximum crushing strength: overhead 1000N/100mm and direct buried 2000N/100mm; impact resistance: ≥16N·m, impact three times; bending resistance: max. bending tension of joint closure and joint point is 150N, bending angle is ±45°,10 cycles of bending; torsional strength: 10 cycles of torque 50 N·m, torsion angle ±90°;axial compression ≥ 100N; temperature cycle: -40℃~+65℃, cycle times 10 times; high temperature resistance: 65±2℃, lasting 100 hours; vibration resistance: 106 times, frequency 10HZ, amplitude±3mm; corrosion resistance: no obvious corrosion in 5% hydrochloric acid, 5% sodium hydroxide, 5% Sodium Chloride Solution, continuous immersion 24h.
