Turnbuckles are also known as a bottle screw or stretching screw, are used for the adjustment of length or tension of cables and ropes. This device usually includes two eye bolts which are threaded and screwed on either ends of a metal frame. These eye bolts are joined in such a way that in one the thread is towards left, while in the other it is on the right.
