1. Ingredients mixing this device adopts 1-2 sets of blender. The operation is to put N, P, K, admixture, trace elements and so on into the blender according to the formula. The feeding port of the Hopper is flush with the ground, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.

 

2. Granulation is very important in the production of organic fertilizer. 3. Although most of the materials after drying and granulation have formed particles, the moisture and strength of the particles are not up to standard at this time and must be dried. The rotary dryer is a rotary cylinder filled with lifting-type plate-copying inside. Under the action of plate-copying, the materials are fully raised to exchange heat with the hot air generated by the hot blast stove, and the temperature of the materials is increased, the moisture in it will rapidly diffuse outward due to the pressure difference between temperature and steam partial pressure, and the diffused moisture will be taken away by the wind, thus achieving the effects of drying materials and improving strength.

 

4. The materials after cooling and drying are transported to the cooling machine through the belt, and the rotary cooling machine is also a rotary cylinder filled with lifting plastering inside. Under the action of plastering, the granulated materials are raised to exchange heat with the cold air inhaled into the barrel, and cool to near normal temperature to further improve particle strength and reduce moisture.

 

5. There are powdery materials in the materials after sieving and cooling. Use the sieving machine to screen out all the fine powder and large particles. The fine powder will be directly returned to the blender through the belt returning machine to mix with the raw materials and then participate in the granulation process again, after the large particles are crushed and the fine powder is returned to the mixer through the same material-returning belt conveyor. In this way, a complete production cycle is formed, and the quasi-finished products enter the coating process.

 

6. Packaging qualified finished products should be manually weighed by weighing scale or packed by automatic packaging machine.
