Introduce:
The vertical gas steam boiler USES the principle of secondary
utilization and adopts the scientific heat collection combustion
structure to replace the traditional boiler combustion structure of
steam cabinet, because of the compact heat collection combustion
structure. Fuel combustion is efficient. The stainless steel
material used in the water tank is fast in heat conduction and
stale. The thermal insulation measures adopted outside make the
water tank reach the vaporization temperature within a short time,
and the outlet steam temperature is 110 degrees. The automatic
water inlet device continuously infuses water and vaporizes. The
whole machine is equipped with automatic control lines, including
water pressure, air pressure, gas and water inlet. If there is any
abnormality in the working process, the machine will automatically
cut off the gas inlet valve. Thus reflects the product energy
saving, power saving, convenient, fast six functions, for the use
of units to save considerable fuel costs,

Gas-fired boilers include KS-Q gas-fired boiling water boiler,

The characteristics:
1. Vertical gas boiler series adopts the structure of "full wet
back three return journey", with wide furnace and second and third
return journey smoke pipes to form abundant heat exchange surface,
and large diameter full ripple furnace bile with thermal
efficiency.
2. The boiler has a small load per unit thermal capacity.
3. The diameter, length and arrangement of the boiler barrel and
smoke pipe are accurately calculated, and then the steam boiler is
produced by combining with the manufacturing process.
4. The furnace bladder and the front and rear tube plates are
butt-welded with rolled edges.
5. The pot shell and the front and rear tube plates are welded with
the side roll butt welding.
6. The rear flue gas chamber also adopts the butt-welding structure
with rolled edge.
7. Add a flow around the flue pipe in the second/third return trip
to achieve heat exchange and thermal efficiency in the boundary
layer of the flue pipe.
8. Boiler smoke pipe and front and back tube plates are expanded
and welded with TIG first.
9. The front and rear doors of the boiler are insulated with two
layers of refractory materials, and the furnace body is insulated
with refractory rock wool material with a high density (100KG/M3)
thickness of 100MM, so that the overall heat loss of the boiler is
less than 0.5%.
10. Clean the ash mouth of the rear smoke chamber of the boiler,
open the rear furnace door and smoke fouling to save the time of
stopping the furnace.
11. Manholes are provided at the top and bottom of the furnace to
check water quality and fouling.

according to different needs of customers)
