parts processing is mainly provided by the workpiece rather than by
the tool.Turning parts is a common cutting method and occupies a
position in production.Turning is suitable for machining rotary
surface,most of the workpiece with rotary surface can have turning
processing methods,such as inside and outside cylindrical
surface,inside and outside cone surface,end face, groove and rotary
forming surface,etc.,the tool used is mainly turning tool.
What is Aluminum 6061?
6061 aluminum alloy is a high quality aluminum alloy product
produced by heat treatment and predrawing process.
6061 aluminum is a heat-strengthened alloy with good formability,
weldability, machinability and moderate strength. It can still
maintain good maneuverability after annealing. The main alloying
elements of 6061 aluminum are magnesium and silicon forming Mg2Si
phase. If it contains a certain amount of manganese and chromium,
it can neutralize the adverse effects of iron; A small amount of
copper or zinc is sometimes added to increase the strength of the
alloy without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance;
There are small amounts of conductive materials to offset the
adverse effects of titanium and iron on conductivity; Zirconium or
titanium can refine grain and control recrystallization structure;
Lead and bismuth can be added to improve workability. Mg2Si is
solidly soluble in aluminum.

Classification of Aluminum 6061
6061-T651 is the main alloy of 6061 aluminum alloy. Although

electroplating properties, and good endurance. Corrosion
resistance, high toughness, no deformation after processing, dense
material without defects, easy polishing, easy color film,
excellent oxidation effect and other excellent characteristics.
