Turn on the blower and gradually increase the power of the blower to make the hose expand and fully open to ensure that it will not wrinkle after curing. Start the main engine and observe the pressure change.

The simple process of blower pressurization is as follows (depending on the material supplier):

Startup process: turn on the generator (before the blower is turned on), and then turn on the main power supply. Then the equipment: turn on the two emergency stop switches and turn on the power supply of the equipment. In the operation interface, long-press the video button to turn on the computer and turn on the run button. Then open the video software. (reverse the shutdown process)

Then gradually increase the blower power, maintain the pressure, and start curing about 15 minutes after reaching 300mbar. Ensure that the whole pressure maintaining process lasts about 40 minutes.

 

Precautions for inflation:

The inflation time and pressure holding time shall be determined according to the temperature of the laminate, the thickness of the lined hose, and the shape of the pipe. Especially in winter when the temperature is low or the wall thickness of the material layer is too thick, as well as in the case of special-shaped pipes, it is necessary to extend the pressure keeping time by 15 minutes.

When the air pressure is insufficient, the material will not be fully stretched and the thickness will be uneven. When the lamp holder is driving, it may be blocked due to the uneven material and tear the inner membrane; Or there are too many resins and too few glass fiber layers at the material stack, which will affect the elastic modulus after curing.

If the air pressure is too high, the binding cover plate may fly out and the binding cloth may collapse; If there are dislocations, disjoints, and holes in the pipeline, the lining material may burst.
