Why do we need an oil clean system?
Oils contamination(dirt, wear particles, etc.) shortens component life due to increase abrasive wear systems have increased operating pressures and closer valve tolerances which requires the best in turbine oil services.
Usage:
TYL coalescence separation fuel oil purification machine has five filtration systems, combining precise filtration and dewatering two functions into one efficient. The introduction of the US "coalescing separation" technology for dehydration, which has high efficient dehydration, especially is adapted to the large amount of water separation from oil, dehydration ability is far better than the centrifugal method, you can get rid of all of the oil-water emulsion medium structure ; by filtration, particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium can be controlled in a stable state of the system requirements to ensure the cleanliness; the oil does not change the physical and chemical properties, to extend the service life of the oil; energy small, low operating costs; excellent system configuration, continuous strong performance for online operation.
Functions:
1. Using coalescing separation technology to demulsificate,
coalesce and separate the free water and the emulsified water.
2. It adopts special oil water separator without heating
requirement, and its dewatering efficiency is above 20 times of
other kinds of purifier.
3. As no heating is needed, energy consumption and operating cost
is reduced.
4. This machine is light and small size.
5. Low operation cost, 20%-40% lower than vacuum oil purifier,
centrifuge and plate frame pressure filter machine.
