Why do we need an oil clean system?
Oils contamination(dirt, wear particles, etc.) shortens component life due to increase abrasive wear systems have increased operating pressures and closer valve tolerances which require the best in turbine oil services.
Usage:
Series TYL Coalescence-separation oil purifier adopts advanced polymer fiber as the filter medium combined with the special oil-water separating device to make TYL is good at breaking emulsion and filtering. It can effectively separate water from oil. Series TYL can work online with a turbine system for breaking emulsion and filtering, also it can separate particles and mass water from light oil. Series TYL works without heating and vacuum source, less power consumption, low operation cost. Series TYL use of trolley structure, lightweight, easy operation.
It is applicable for the filtration and dehydration system of turbine oil. It has two functions of good filtration and dehydration, which can effectively remove impurities, emulsified water, and free water from oil. It can improve oil quality, reduce the cost of reprocessing and pollution, and reduce the cost of maintenance and operation.
Functions:
1. Using coalescing separation technology to demulsify, coalesce
and separate the free water and the emulsified water.
2. It adopts special oil water separator without heating
requirement, and its dewatering efficiency is above 20 times of
other kinds of the purifier.
3. As no heating is needed, energy consumption and operating cost
are reduced.
4. This machine is light and small in size.
5. Low operation cost, 20%-40% lower than vacuum oil purifier,
centrifuge and plate frame pressure filter machine.
