(2) Good wear resistance, to extend the life of the mould, reduce maintenance workload and replace the mould time, improve the caster's operating rate.
(3) Adequate rigidity, especially in the case of chills and heat, with small temperature gradients.
(4) The structure is simple, compact, easy to manufacture, easy to assemble and disassemble, easy to adjust, and the cooling water channel can be connected by itself for quick replacement; the weight is small, so as to reduce the inertia force during mould vibration and reduce the driving power of the vibration, and the mould vibration smooth.
