Step 1: send pictures or designs to our company and tell us what kind of material you want to make. Step 2: our development team will sculpt a prototype clay model for your confirmation or draw a technical graph for molds from your files. (If you have samples on hand, just send to us and we can copy it directly to speed up the sample.) Step 3: Once we finish a prototype, we will send pictures to you for confirmation before molding. Step 4: proceed with molding and make resin/metal samples. Step 5: coloring the sample as per the design and send pictures for your approval. Step 6: arrange air express courier to deliver the sample for review. |
1.Production cycle: Usually 25 days, it depends on the quantity of the order, so please ask us for a clear time.
2.Packing: Bubble films protect products from damaging. We will pack carefully and pay attention to the damageable parts.
Big itmes need to be disassembled for shipping.

A: Yes , OEM&ODM service are available .
Q: If I send my design , can you make it for myself only ,and will not show it to any one else?

Q: What is your delivery time ?
A:It depending on the order quantity , normally the bulk order delivery time is 30-35days. (the quantity less than 5000pcs)
Q: What is your packing method ?
A:Our packing way is 1 pc placed in a Styrofoam + box , multi box in a master carton .
Q: What is you Minimum Order Quantity ? Can I order small quantity trial order to see quality first ?
A: Normal MOQ is 500 pcs , small quantity for trial order is available .
Q: Can I get sample cost back when I purchased order ?
A: Yes , sample cost will be refund after order confirmed .
Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
