2. OEM and ODM service
Step One: We get pictures or penguin snow globe designs from your
company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpt new design
from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide the penguin snow globe samples for us,
we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design
sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we
process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt
sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin
samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint
it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to
confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company,
we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.

4. FAQ
Q1. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are manufacturer and do foreign trade by ourselves.
Can give you more competitive price and have the direct control in
quality and delivery date.
And we provide sculptures to many tradeing companines, too.
Q2. How do you pack your products?
A: Generally, inner with soft plastic, blanket and foam, outside
with seaworthy hard wooden crate (For common size or small size of
sculptures).

Certainly, we can pack sculptures based on your suggestion.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally, T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery or based
on the copy of B/L.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, about 25-45 days after receiving your advance
payment. The exact delivery time depends on the products and
quantity.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can, and we can even customize any sculpture based on
your design or picture.
Q7. How do I know the producing progress of my ordered product?
A: We will send you photos during the producing, or you can come to
our factory directly, we will welcome your coming.
Q8. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we can supply samples.
If the sample is small and low price, we can supply you for free.
But delivery cost should be paid by customer.
Q9. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
