Ceramic membrane filter working principle

 

Series ceramic membrane filters generally use two or more parallel operation. The waste water enters the oil collecting chamber from the intake port and gathers all the oil carried in the top layer of the oil collecting chamber. When it accumulates to a certain amount, it is discharged regularly from the drain port. Then, under the action of external pressure, the waste water permeates into the filtration chamber through the micropores of the ceramic worship filter tube and is discharged through the outlet. At the same time, the impurities are intercepted and deposited in the sediment chamber, and when a certain amount is accumulated, it is discharged into the next process through the sewage outlet. After the equipment has been running for a period of time, under the action of water flow, some mechanical impurities will adhere to the surface of the ceramic membrane filter tube and reduce the flow rate, so that the pressure difference increases. At this time, backwashing should be carried out to improve the filtration effect of the ceramic membrane filter tube. In different industries and different fields of application, its working principle is different. The operation of the equipment can be manual operation, but also can be interlocked with computer automatic control.

 

Features

 

1, inorganic ceramic membrane tube is a new type of tubular membrane element made of ceramic material sintered at 1300℃ as a support layer, and then covered with 4um thick aluminum oxide or zirconia dense film. Therefore, it is resistant to high temperature (above 1000℃), high pressure (0 ~ 16bar), acid and alkali (pH=1 ~ 14), and long service life (generally more than 8 years).

2, inorganic ceramic membrane has a high flux, the average porosity of its membrane components is as high as 30% to 40%, and the theoretical pure water flux of 0.2um inorganic membrane is 1200L/ M2.H.ar.

3, the mechanical strength is large, backwashing is easy to achieve, is a major feature of inorganic ceramic membrane technology applied to the food processing industry. It can be backwashed with gas and liquid, which can easily achieve continuous and stable operation of high flux during the operation of the system, and the operation cycle of the system is long.

It is composed of a membrane assembly, a circulating raw material pump, a backwash system and some auxiliary pipelines, and has the characteristics of simple operation and easy cleaning and regeneration.
