Main purpose and application range of XGN65 (HXGT10)-40.5 type SF6 Ring Main Unit

XGN65(HXGT10)-40.5 type SF6 Ring Main Unit(bellow short for Ring MainUnit), is 50Hz AC three phase indoor HV distribution equipment. Load switchgear,earth contact and busbar for circuit are sealed in metal enclosure. It is a composite apparatus which adopt spring operation device and use SF6 as distinguished arc and insulating medium. It is suitable for 40.5 kV power supply and ring power supply and double radiated power supply, which can change the previous ways of one-way radiated power supply. circuit can recover in time, so it can improve reliability and frequency of power supply especial for commerce zone or countryside area. Meanwhile, ring main unit is convenient to use, not easy to influenced by weather, easily equipment, free maintenance, small volume, so it can applicable for box type transformer substation, load –breaking switch of ring main unit or switch-fuse composite apparatus by separate.

Installation and commissioning of XGN65 (HXGT10)-40.5 type SF6 Ring Main Unit

• User should inspect package complete, cubicle knocked after disassembling, terminal damaged or not when receive goods. Please feel freeto contact manufacturer if you find any problems.
• This product every parameter is full-sealed, adjusted and tested to be eligible before leaving factory. User does not need to adjust, but need to observe the press meter whether indicating at the scope of rated working and the mechanical motion in normally condition.
• Cable wiring should be firm, reliable, operated professional.
• Cubicle body should be firmly fastened with good earthing device.
• Incoming and outgoing lead out through cable terminal, if aerial outgoing and incoming, it need to lead aerial circuit through cable.

XGN65 (HXGT10)-40.5 type SF6 Ring Main Unit Operating procedure 

1. Closing operation for RMU switch

Closing operating hole is open left and insert the grip into it. Spring should be rotary in clockwise to storage energy according to indicating direction. Load switch is closed when the crank past the middle position, it can also be electric closing with press-button. After closing, it should pull out grip and close valve. Indicating plate should be changed into closing position, also lock the earthing switch operating valve, can not operate earthing switch.

2. Open operating of load switch

When the rotary button is screwed as indicating direction, load switch will be closed. It can also be electric close with button. After it is closed, change the place of indicating plate instead of closing. The lock to the earthing switch operating hole valve is released.

3. Closing operating for earthing switch

When operating valve of earthing switch is open right, operating grip should be inserted into operating hole of earthing switch as indicating turn in clockwise. The spring past at the middle of position, release energy, earthing switch close (earthing),pull out grip and close the valve, indicating plate changed into earthing, load switch do not operate.

4. Opening operation of earthing switch

Valve for earthing switch operating hole is pull out right. Operating grip should be inserted into earthing switch operative hole and turn (clockwise) according to indicating direction. Earthing switch is on manually, indicating plate is changed into opening position. Valve for load switch closing operating hole is released.
