Description

Limestone powder is made from the stone chips generated during the production of limestone and mechanism sand, and further ground into fine powder. Through experiments and practical production applications, it has been confirmed that limestone powder, especially when used as a mineral admixture for concrete with a specific fineness of 325 mesh, can greatly improve the workability and workability of concrete, reduce slump loss, improve mechanical properties, increase slump without bleeding. When applied to high-strength concrete, it can reduce the cohesion of concrete and improve its fluidity.

With the increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection in the world, existing coal-fired power plants with sulfur content greater than 1% are constructing desulfurization facilities. The desulfurization process of power plants mainly uses limestone, lime gypsum wet process, accounting for about 86% of the total capacity. The fineness of limestone powder is required to be above 90% for 325 mesh or above 95% for 250 mesh.

Performance characteristics
1. Change the original reducer speed ratio and adjust the reducer speed for different raw materials through a frequency converter to improve the grinding efficiency of the mill.
2. Two rolls to three rolls. On the basis of not changing the overall framework of the original mill, the two rolls of the mill are changed to three rolls, increasing the grinding area of the mill and increasing its output.
3. The straight blades are replaced with "Z" blades. By changing the original shape and quantity of the dynamic and static separator, the product fineness can reach 325 mesh>95%, increasing production by 10% and reducing energy consumption by 15%.

Limestone Vertical Mill Working principle:

The electric motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feeding port. At the same time, hot air enters the grinding chamber from the inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves towards the edge of the grinding disc and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the circular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried up by the high-speed airflow at the wind ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and large particles directly fall onto the grinding disc for re grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls onto the grinding disc for re grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged with the airflow, Collecting in the powder collection device is the product. Materials containing moisture are dried during contact with hot gases to achieve the required product moisture.
