Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine's working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 80KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.

Product Introduction:
Our vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed on the characteristics of oil for electricity, especially for special high-voltage transformer above 110kv facilities. Oil in this system is fully thin-film (Oil exposed area are fully expanded), and oil is increased the "journey", so that water or gas in oil is vaporized for sufficient time to reach the best effect of dehydration degassing.

The device uses electronic anti-foaming devices and high efficiency of the needle breaking foam technology to eliminate foam (patented technology) and make no "injection" phenomenon during operation.
