A: Yes, OEM and ODM accepted
Q: What included in the products?
A: It includes UPS unit, user manual, 2% free spares together with
shipment for urgent issue. Test certificate(optional)
Q: Nobody in our company know how to install the UPS?
A: We can despatch engineer to assist you solve the problem if
necessary(But you are requested to pay for the cost of ticket,
hotel etc. ). Or you can despatch engineer(s) to our company to get
training.
