High Precision Tungsten Carbide Washers Valve Seat
Valve balls and valve seats are widely used in oil fields , their
performance directly affects the use effect and service life of the
pumps.
Each ball-and-seat combination is vacuum tested to ensure a perfect
seal is obtained in all positions of contact.
For sealing of valves of oil pumps in petroleum industry's sand
containing wells, viscous oil wells, sea oil wells,high pressure
sulfur resistant oil wells, compatible Cemented Carbide valve
seats, etc.Various grades for cemented carbide balls/pellets can be
supplied according to customer's drawings.The surface
finish,tolerance class and tolerances of dimensions have
respectively reached the standards of the machine industry.

tips-3, Check their Certs and proof of its authenticity, instead to
only check the PS version superficially.
tips-4, Searching on the Satellite maps to check their location.
tips 5, In fact, almost every company can apply for the Certs, but,
only the factory can get the patents (such as: invention patent,
utility patent or design patent) for their product, and a small
factory or a trading company havn't the R&D support to apply
patents.

during the production process.

quality instrumentation to carry out IQC, PQC & FOC, the
