I. Machine Advantages:

1. The dyeing machine adopts a high-tech axial-flow centrifugal mixed circulation pump.

2. The original circulation pump can handle yarns of various fibers, including high permeability fibers (wool, acrylic, polyester textured yarn, etc.) and high density staple fibers (cotton, viscose, linen to natural man-made fibers, etc.)

3. The dyeing quantity of batches of the same color can be increased by the automatic series online system. The machines in series can be operated in single machine (two colors) and in series (the same color) by butterfly valve control.

III. Standard configuration

-Air cushion type ; Fully filled type; Mixed type(Air cushion & Fully filled)

-Main pump adopt frequency inverter ,main pump flow is regulated by stepless control. If a flow meter with pressure difference sensor is equipped, the main pump flow is monitored automatically while dyeing.

-Automatic proportional heating and cooling system

-Half-load overflow dosing system, direct heating, automatic rinsing and cleaning system; Analogue liquor level control system; high temperature direct drain; Second water valve, filling and drain valve; Pressurization with compressed air; quantum dosing system.

-Preparation tank with same capacity as main tank. Equipped with analogue liquor level ,pump, mixing system ,return flow system for sampling.
