I.Main Features

     JCQ series high temperature jet dyeing machine, while inheriting the advantages of airflow dyeing and jet dyeing, shows more advantages of water saving, steam saving and power saving. The built-in fan structure of the machine makes the structure of the equipment more compact. It not only reduces the loss of circulating air flow along the way, but also reduces the influence of fan noise on the environment and human health. Independent dyeing liquid circulation and air circulation system, together with the lifting roller, constitute the conditions for improving the leveling and wrinkle resistance of the fabric in the cycling process, so that the fabric can complete the leveling process in a relatively short time.

The machine is suitable for dyeing cotton, chemical fibers and blended shuttle fabrics or knitted fabrics. It can also be used for pretreatment and post-treatment of fabrics. In addition, the machine can also be used for alkali reduction treatment of polyester, alkali dissolution of Lycoell (tencel) and loosely shrinkage finishing of knitted fabrics.
