Single stage remote ASCO pilot valve 1" G353A042 threaded diaphragm pulse jet valve
FEATURES:
1. The 1" G353A042 pulse diaphragm pulse valves are especially designed for dust collector service
applications, combining high flow, long life and extremely
fast opening and closing to provide reliable and economical
operation
2. The high flow, angle type bodies in combination with the special
main diaphragm assemblies give the unique operating features
required for dust collector service applications
3. Integral compression fittings for fast, easy, secure
installation ,Valves can be supplied according to ATEX Directive
94/9/EC for non-electrical equipment by using suffix GD
4. The components satisfy all relevant EC directives
Operation :
Recommended on time range: 50-500ms
Recommended time between pulses: 1 minute or greater
Maintenance:
Before conducting any maintenance activity on the system ensure
that components are fully isolated from
pressure and power supplies. Pressure and power should not be
reapplied until the valve has been fully assembled. Diaphragm and pilot inspection should be conducted annually
INSTAllATION:
| 1 | Prepare supply and blowtube pipes to suit valve specification. Avoid installing valves underneath the tank. |
| 1 | Mount valves to inlet pipes and blow tube to valves, ensuring no excess thread sealant can enter the valve itself. |
| 2 | Apply moderate pressure to system and check for installation leaks. Fully pressurise system. |
| 3 | Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noise. |
| 4 | The valves can be mounted in any position without affecting operation,Threaded pipe connection is: G = G (ISO 228/1) or compression fittings |
| 5 | Other pipe threads are available on request, Installation/maintenance instructions are included with each valve, Spare parts kit and replacement coils are available |
