Polyurthane Sandwich panel production line is used to product all kinds of insulated sadnwich panel ,such as,wall panel ,roof panel ,cold room panel and garage door panel ,it is multifunctional . Besides ,it also is full automatic and continuous ,adpots PLC controlling system ,only need 6 workers to operate ,could help boss save alot o labor .
It is consisted of the following equipments :decoiler ,roll forming machine ,heating machine ,PU foaming machine ,double belt laminating machine ,automatic cutter .The panel cooling machine ,automatic stacker and packing machine are optional .
Moreover,both the decoiler, roll forming machine, the laminating system and cutter can work independently.

Decoiler :
1. The different diameter of coil be fastened through adjusting hydraulic expanding curved plate ,and
the core of coil be kept same with the center of production line, this meet the producing requirements .
With the following advantages : fasten position is accurate ,adjustment is very convenient and the
operation is simply .
2. The feeding trolley with beautiful appearance, smooth running and self-locking protection facility.
3. It also can be used to rewinding the left-off steel sheet.
Steel sheet transverse shear device and Film-covering machine
1. Reasonable structure, adjustment procedures is simple and convenient;
2. To improve the adhesion between steel sheet and the polyurethane, and guarantee the flatness
of panel and the structural strength, the device could be additional fixed with corona unit.
3. The unique design effectively resolved the problem that comes into be air bubble on the positive
and negative of plate when covered with PVC film.
Roll forming machine
1. Form roller is designed by the COPRA software from Data M Germany and made by the
Chrome-plated high hardness alloy steel.
2. From rollers will be fixed into the roll forming machine according to the shape and size of the
panels to assure the steel to be deformed gradually and evenly, the accuracy of the section’s
sizes could be assured too.
3. The bearing chamber features easy adjustment, accurate control and nice looking.
4. The width of the panels could be adjusted from 1100mm to 430mm.
5. Different roll forming machines could be converted quickly.
Pre-heating device
1. Through instrument digital display ,to realize monitor during the entire whole course
2. With the PLC controlling system and large touch scream, the operation is more convenience.
3. Using the Germany imported metering pump to make the metering more accurate.
4. Provide two sets of independent high pressure self-clean mixing spray-head, and realize
the online replacement and the maintenance.
5. The mixing spray-head is controlled by servo motor, the spraying place and moving
spraying is adjustable.
Double-belt conveyor
1. The pedrail plate adopts complex welding and heating process, have the advantages of heat
resisting and deformation resisting ,and improve the quality of sandwich panel .
2. The driving of upper and lower pedrails adopted Variable-frequency vector technology,and
assembled Germany Siemens servo motors and Italy imports reducer . To make the upper
and lower pedrails moving synchronously and guarantee the panel quality .
3. The side seal system adopts the left and right two independent driving device .To meet the different
width of panel , the distance between the left and right side seal device is adjustable ,
4. The pedrail is consisted of precision-machined chain planks that be made of anti-corrosive high
hardness alloy steel. The flatness precision of two adjacent pedrail plates can be up to
±0.02mm
5. The heating and insulation system have two temperature zone ,the working temperature of double
belt and the room temperature .
6. Side seal system adopted snap-in connection way (patent technology), make fixing and
demounting of side seal blocks more quickly and easily ,saving a lot of labor .
7. There is pentane gas detecting device in the heating air-pipe of double belt ,and it will give an
alarm when the gas exceed standard ,the small door of air-pipe will be auto opened .
8. The heating time is 2 hours form the room temperature 20°C to 80°C
9. There are provided with PU insulation panel on the air-pipe .
10. There is also assembled 2 sets of PT100 temperature detector .
