Hollow Flange Reaction Torque Transducer 0-1000Nm Reaction Torque
Measurement Sensor
Hollow Flange Through Hole Reaction Torque Sensor FTF features a flange-to-flange mounting with a center thru-hole
design. Reaction Torque Transducer FTF offers 10Nm / 20N-m / 30N*m
/ 50N*m / 100N-m / 200N-m / 300N*m / 500N-m / 700N*m / 1000N-m ten
rated capacities intended for torque measurement in both clockwise
and anticlockwise direction,high accuracy with 0.2% non-linearity
of the full scale. Thru Hole Torquemeter FTF is capable of meauring
torque in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction, applicable
for both reaction torque measurement and rotating torque
measurement where inserting an extra part between the driving and
driven elements is impracticable, the rotating shaft can pass
through the thru-hole located at the center of the torque
transducer, which enables measurement of rotating torque without
influence of the rotating speed.Typical applications of torque
meter FTF are for example torque measurement of pumps, drilling
rigs, etc., actuator torque test, stirring torque control and so on.
Here are some advantages of measuring rotating torque using hollow
torque transducers compared to rotary torque sensors:

A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial
input into an electrical output signal proportional to the
applied torque. The acting torsion causes deformation of the
measuring element, the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which
will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge, under
constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will
change proportionally. The output range of through hole torque sensor is within -20mV...+20mV, a signal conditioner can be used to
convert mV signal into ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output, taking
FTF-500Nm working with amplifier FSC(-10-10V)-24V for example, the
torque-voltage relationship will be 0-500N*m in clockwise direction VS 0-10V output,
0-500N-m in counterclockwise direction VS 0-(-10V) output, 1V
voltage corresponds to 50N*m torque in clockwise direction, -2V
voltage corresponds to 100N*m torque in anticlockwise direction,
and so on.
