Rotary torque transducer Dynamic torque sensors
A torque sensor is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal.Dynamic torque sensor is designed for rotating torque measurement like motor torque measurement,rotating shaft torque measurement, mixture torque measuring, fastening torque measurement, tightening torque measurement,etc..Dynamic torque transducer can also be used to measure static torque which is also known as reaction torque.
Rotary torque sensor FYRD is a slip ring torque transducer,utilizing strain gage technology,compact size,shaft to shaft design,analog output,working with signal conditioner can get ±5V,±10V,0-5V,0-10V or 4-20mA output which is proportional to applied torque.
Torque indicator FPT can be used to display the real time torque value,torquemeter FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz which makes it suitable for both static torque measurement and dynamic torque measurement. Modbus RTU protocol is supported through RS485 or RS232 communication interface. Aamplified signal 0-10V or 4-20mA is achievable from the display.
