A load sensor is a transducer that converts a load or force acting
on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the
load or force being applied.The measured load or force
causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage
deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
load cell.
Low profile load cell FC20A outputs millivolt signal
ranging 0-10mV, and signal amplification may be required for
most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to
get 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal which is proportional to applied
force.The amplified output is can be easily processed by PLCs and
data acquisition software.
The applied force can be displayed through a force indicator,force
meter FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24
bit Sigma-Delta ADC,sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it
suitable for both static and dynamic measurement,supports RS485 or
RS232 communication port,can also output 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or
4-20mA amplified signal.
