Introducing our newly shipped PCB, designed to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This 2-layer rigid PCB features Rogers IsoClad 917 nonwoven fiberglass/PTFE composites as the substrate, offering exceptional characteristics for various applications. With a low dielectric constant and extremely low loss, this PCB ensures optimal signal integrity and performance.

 

The key features of this PCB include its nonwoven fiberglass reinforcement, which provides improved flexibility compared to woven fiberglass substrates. The low moisture absorption and isotropic properties in the X, Y, and Z directions make it highly reliable and stable over a range of frequencies. The Rogers IsoClad 917 laminate offers a dielectric constant (DK) of 2.17 or 2.20 at 10 GHz/23°C, along with a dissipation factor of 0.0013 at the same frequency and temperature.

With a board dimension of 91.5mm x 78mm, this PCB provides ample space for component placement. It supports minimum trace/space of 5/5 mils and minimum hole size of 0.3mm.
