Lightning protection protector , surge protector 40KA~80KA , factory switchgear
Brief introduction
The surge protector is a voltage switch type SPD fixed
to the indoor outlet for one port, and the product is designed and
manufactured according to the current national standards such as
GB50057-2010 and gb18802.1. It has the advantages of large impact
current and low residual pressure. The core components are composed
of multistage graphite gap. Reasonable design and precise
processing of the combination of spark and twisting together form a
sealing mechanism to ensure the safe distance of the spark gap.
Even when the surge current is passed, it will not produce the arc
discharge.
Product Installation
With 35mm standard DIN-rail mounting, connecting copper stranded conductor is 2.5~35mm²
At front of spd each pole must be setted protection---used fuse or miniature circuit breaker lightning current SPD protection,after SPD breakdown to short circuit protection.
SPD install on protected line(equipment) to the front and connected to the supply line. A class products install in the building home-entry line hold larger surge current total distribution box. B, C class products most install on the floor distribution box, D class products close to the front-end equipment that smaller surge current, smaller residual voltage place.

Notice of product
1. it should match the working voltage of the protected
equipment. Please install according to the installation sketch.
2. lightning protection device IN as input and OUT as
output, the input end is connected with the outside, and the output
end of the input end of the connecting device is protected.
3. standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently
connected to the front end of the protected equipment. The
grounding path should be as short as possible, and the length
should not exceed 1.5 meters.
4, when installing, pay attention to cables coming in and
out of surge protective devices, so as to avoid the two coupling of
surge.
