Oil Purification System, Transformer Oil Filtration Plant uses big
capacity vacuum pump with Big Model Roots Vacuum Pump is mainly used for removing trace water, gas and impurities from
insulating dielectric oil, improving the insulating oil performance
index. It is mainly applied to purification for high voltage
insulating oil of 110KV,220KV,500KV,750KV,1000KV from power
transmission equipment.
Feature:
1. Especially for removing water from transformer oil, such as free
water, trace water and so on by the double stage vacuum system for
high voltage oil.
2. Remove gas, air content from the old high voltage transformer
oil by vacuum degassing system.
3. Remove impurities, tiny particles, acidity, sludge, free carbon,
other soluble oil decay products and discoloration substances by 3
stages of filters (Primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter).
4. Independent vacuum oiling system for transformers, this oil
purifier can also vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation with
transformers.
5. Designed for processing high voltage insulating oils in
workshops, onsite power stations, purifying oil in oil storage
tanks or directly in transformers(energized or de-energized
transformers).
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less
power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system
and foaming detecting and eliminating to ensure machine operation
easily and safely.
8.Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump,
heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank
pumping.

Vacuum Dehydration(Degas) system
Our Double-horizontal vacuum evaporation vessels can enlarge
evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being places in the
vacuum vessels, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation areas
of Double-horizontal vacuum vessels are three times more than of
the common vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas
effectively and separately. This optimal structure of the
dehydration (degas) system enlarge the surface area of oil exposed
to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in
the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the
moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
