working principle
When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter
through the inlet under the action of the pressure difference
between the inside and the outside, and the large particle
impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by the
multi-stage infrared, it enters the special personalized vacuum
separator and is separated in the vacuum. The mist is formed in the
first shape, and then formed into a film shape, so that the contact
area in the vacuum is expanded by hundreds of times. The moisture
in the oil is rapidly obtained under the conditions of high heat,
high vacuum, large surface and high pumping speed. It is vaporized
and discharged by a vacuum system.
The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum
separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, then
cooled into the cooler, and the condensed water is discharged into
the water storage device, and the gas after being condensed and
dehumidified twice is finally discharged into the air by the vacuum
pump.
The dry oil after vacuum dehydration in the vacuum separator is
raised from the negative pressure to the positive pressure by the
oil pump, and after filtering, the clean oil is discharged from the
oil outlet to complete the entire oil purification process.

The machine is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on. It also can be used for filtration of more than 110KV substation live line work onsite. Meanwhile, as the bridge-type vacuum linking system, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Vacuum Dehydration(Degas) system
Our Double-horizontal vacuum evaporation vessels can enlarge
evaporation area efficiently. The heater, being places in the
vacuum vessels, becomes an evaporator. Thus the evaporation areas
of Double-horizontal vacuum vessels are three times more than of
the common vacuum vessel. This innovation can dehydrate and degas
effectively and separately. This optimal structure of the
dehydration (degas) system enlarge the surface area of oil exposed
to the vacuum system and extends the flowing distance of the oil in
the vacuum system. Thus there has sufficient time to remove the
moisture and gas from the oil by vaporization.
